این سند فرا تحلیلی، حاصل بررسی  بیست و یک مقاله بین المللی(2005-2025)  در حوزه انسجام اجتماعی در دنیا است.  

مقدمه

واکاوی و فراتحلیل بیست و یک مطالعه تجربی بین‌المللی نشان می‌دهد که انسجام اجتماعی به مثابه سازه‌ای چندبعدی و پویا، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و توسعه پایدار ایفا می‌نماید. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که تقویت انسجام اجتماعی در گرو تعامل بهینه سه سطح تحلیلی است: در سطح خرد، ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی و اعتماد بین‌فردی؛ در سطح میانی، استحکام نهادهای مدنی و حکمرانی شفاف؛ و در سطح کلان، اتخاذ سیاست‌های فراگیر و عادلانه.

روش شناسی: فرآیند نظام‌مند شناسایی و گزینش مقالات

این فراترکیب با به کارگیری روش مرور نظام‌مند، به شناسایی و گردآوری مقالات علمی معتبر در حوزه انسجام اجتماعی پرداخته است. جست و جو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی بین‌المللی شامل گوگل اسکالر، اسکوپوس، وب آو ساینس، پابمد و ساینس دایرکت با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های اصلی و ترکیبی انجام شد.

کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی شامل «انسجام اجتماعی»، «سنجش انسجام اجتماعی»، «تنوع قومی و اعتماد اجتماعی»، «مهاجرت و انسجام اجتماعی»، «انسجام تیمی»، «داوطلبی و انسجام اجتماعی»، «انسجام سیاسی» و «شهرنشینی و انسجام اجتماعی» بوده و معادل‌های فارسی این کلیدواژه‌ها نیز به صورت همزمان مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.تمرکز اصلی بر مطالعات منتشرشده در بازه ۲۰ ساله (2005 تا2025) بوده است تا تحولات نظری و تجربی اخیر در این حوزه به طور کامل پوشش داده شود. معیارهای انتخاب شامل موارد زیر بود:

مقالاتمنتشرشده در مجلات معتبر بین‌المللی دارای داوری

مطالعات تجربی (کمی، کیفی یا ترکیبی)

مقالاتی که به ابعاد کلیدی انسجام می‌پردازند

مطالعات دارای حجم نمونه قابل اتکا و روش تحقیق شفاف

در مقابل، مقالات نظری محض، متون غیرانگلیسی و غیرفارسی فاقد ترجمه کامل، و مقالات بدون دسترسی به متن کامل از فرآیند بررسی حذف شدند.

فرآیند انتخاب نهایی مقالات در سه مرحله صورت پذیرفت. در مرحله نخست، غربالگری اولیه بر اساس عنوان و چکیده از بین بیش از ۲۰۰ مقاله شناسایی‌شده انجام شد.در مرحله دوم، مقالات انتخابی به طور کامل مطالعه و بر اساس ارتباط محتوایی با اهداف فراترکیب حاضر مجدد ارزیابی شدند..در نهایت، ۲۱ مقاله که به بهترین شکل ابعاد مختلف انسجام اجتماعی را در زمینه‌های گوناگون فرهنگی، سیاسی و سلامت پوشش می‌دادند، برای ورود به فراترکیب نهایی انتخاب شدند.این مقالات نماینده‌ای از مطالعات در قاره‌های مختلف (اروپا، آسیا، آفریقا، آمریکای شمالی) و در سطوح تحلیل گوناگون (فردی، محله‌ای، ملی و تیمی) هستند.

برای هر یک از ۲۱ مقاله نهایی، داده‌ها در قالب یک فرم استاندارد شامل اطلاعات کتاب‌شناختی، مشخصات روش‌شناختی، یافته‌های کلیدی استخراج شد. 

پیام کلیدی

مطالعات مورد بررسی به وضوح نشان می‌دهند که انسجام اجتماعی در صورت فقدان زیرساخت‌های نهادی لازم یا در مواجهه با نابرابری‌های ساختاری، می‌تواند به عاملی بازدارنده در توسعه اجتماعی بدل گردد. بنابراین، دستیابی به انسجام اجتماعی پایدار مستلزم اتخاذ رهیافتی کل‌نگر است که همزمان بر تقویت پیوندهای اجتماعی، مقابله با نابرابری‌ها و نهادینه‌سازی حکمرانی مشارکتی متمرکز باشد. این مطالعه بر ضرورت بازتعریف پارادایم‌های سیاستگذاری اجتماعی با تأکید بر هم‌افزایی ابعاد مختلف انسجام اجتماعی تأکید می‌نماید.
